Not criticizing the police, just don’t get it.


Their biggest fear is that he is not convicted because the physical evidence was not strong enough. I assume they felt that they did not have a smoking gun and needed AP to testify against him. It seems like a slam dunk, but murderers have been let go with even more circumstantial evidence in the past.

His case is actually moving pretty quickly. JMP arrested in October and did not have her hearing to move to circuit court until April. His happened in one day.


That is becuase Banfield was directly indicted into the circuit court, the au pair went through the prelim prior to moving to Circuit Court.

It was the coroner who testified that both shots would have caused death. It is called a progressive lethal shot, while Juliana’s shot was second and ended things either shot would have killed him so both shots are eventual kill shots, sadly neither shot was instant. Joeseph felt his death happening, and suffered. Two people killed him that day, but Brandon was charged with much worse crimes, and two murders and not one. Juliana is totally responsible also and the prosecutors will continue both trials. Yes I was at the evidentiary hearing that day.
