The post was in response to saying Cosby and WP in the final means it's down. Don't have any idea what your post is supposed to say. Stay safe out there.Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Neither one had a private schedule, other than WP stomping BI, so it doesn't show anything. Thanks for stopping by, though.Anonymous wrote:Wow. Not a direct comparison, but Cosby beat Atlee by one goal. A week earlier Atlee lost 18-6 to St. Christopher's. St. Christopher's would struggle to break into the top 10 DMV privates.
Hopefully Cosby ponies up like Atlee, Deep Run and Freeman already do and at least play some of the Richmond privates next year.

As someone who coached against them last year, and scouted them deeply, they are returning almost 100% of their roster from 2024. They finished as a top 8 team in 2024 and are returning the highest % of their team in the state
They are returning 16/18 players that routinely touched the field last year, including their Jacksonville commit Grant Maloney.
They are in my top 5 going into 2025 and wouldn't be surprised if they make a state championship push

Year over year Curran and company are the best in the area. It is no wonder their club also does as well as it does in Nova.
Independence is the best story of the season. Expect them to win their first state championship handily. Good they are moving up but also food to get some hardware to begin the next chapter for that school.
