Yes, I heard that too, but there is nothing on the docket.

Not criticizing the police, just don’t get it.

The burden of proof is much higher when there may be another possible killer. Assuming she flipped, she likely helped the police sew up the story with the existing evidence.

Because they only have one shot to arrest him. I agree and wish he was arrested much earlier (I am a neighbor and it felt uneasy seeing him walking around the neighborhood) but I do understand why FCPD had to be really careful with this case.

Ultimately, the question should be why did it take this long for Juliana to flip? Is it because her attorney is being paid for by BB? Is she just that clueless and naive hoping they will be back together again? Only time will tell but this arrest is a step in the right direction.

This is like an episode of law and order. The police wanted to nail BB for both murders and arrested AP first to get her to testify against BB for a plea bargain. I bet she takes an Alford plea (pleads guilty and accepts sentence without admitting guilt) and gets 8-10 years for second degree murder instead of 30-40.

In all likelihood the au pair decided to finally make a deal and agreed to testify against Banfield. She's been in jail almost an entire year. The police were waiting until they had a solid case, and having her finally talk is the "new information". Do I know that for sure, no, but come on.

Also there's evidence that the defense was looking to suppress (hearing scheduled 9/19) and prosecution recently file "opposition" to that motion with additional info.... JPM's lawyers may have convinced her things were not looking good.

It’s so hard to believe. Not bc I think he’s innocent, but because I can’t believe people can be so mean. And like…. They don’t look like bad people, they just look like a normal suburban family.

So sad

Grow up.

lol
Yea, bc saying this to someone you don’t know, from behind a screen, is very mature!

Go to sleep!

You still need to grow up and stop trolling.

+1 and those spreading untrue rumors about Joe. And making assumptions about Joe because of how he looks, etc..

What does this even mean? Because they're white and middle class? Crawl out from under your shelter.

I remember one of the biggest discussions during the hearing was to know exactly which bullet blinded him, and which bullet actually killed him. There was a forensic doctor that was questioned multiple times in every way if she could say for sure that Juliana’s shot was the one that killed Ryan.

It’s obvious that she’s guilty, she helped BB and plotted the deaths but can’t this mean that she won’t be charged for actually murdering him?

I may be saying a bunch of BS, but he can’t die twice and only one bullet actually killed him. So how would this work?

It doesn’t matter, she shot him after he was incapacitated. She has admitted to that. None of this clears her of anything.

that is ridiculous this isn't like tv! No one including a jury of people are going to believe it was just the nanny. They will know that Brandon killed his wife, and Joe, with the help of nanny girlfriend. The time has come for both murderers to face justice.

No more tick tocks left... It's nearly judgement day.

TIMES UP SOULLESS KILLERS!

May the victims families find some peace.
