Some pundits have said the Iranians haven't even used their real missiles yet, which are stored deep in mountains. They've been softening up US and Israeli defenses while seeing how this whole thing plays out.

Any numbers shouldn't be believed. US is lying about its actions and also lying about Israeli actions. US is also downplaying Iranian accusations as well as lying about Iranian actions. This is not a fog of war but a deliberate attempt to reframe and control the narrative of a failing war. It's strange how MSM reports differ from podcast reports. Then there's the European news outlets vs the Russian/Chinese vs the Middle Eastern ones. The US MSM is not even in the top 3 for believability at this point and should never again be trusted for any significant news at this point.

Hope you are also enlisting your kids to serve

Not a good look a week into a war you launched and a day after the first bodies of fallen soldiers came home.

If that's what Israel wants, let them put their own boots on the ground. They don't get to send MY boots there.

I suspect the only boots on the ground will be on Kharg Island, which is where Iran exports 90 percent of its oil - all of it to China. The island is about 20 miles offshore Iran. Taking it would deprive Iran of its income and cripple its economy. That seems to be where the war is headed. Israel is already hitting oil depots. The consequences would be a very angry China and a huge spike in oil prices. But Trump is all in with destruction and recklessness. I'd guess in the next week or two. Would expect oil to reach $150 a barrel soon.

Why do all these guys look like stock photos from the Reich? Its a rhetorical question but they distinctly don't look American.

It should be a sensible and reasonable expectation that any civilian infrastructure immediately adjacent to a high risk facility puts that civilian infrastructure at risk as well, whether a military base, a chemical plant, oil refinery etc. An explosion, leak, etc could kill civilians. In the US we at least think about these things, requiring risk management plans for chemical facilities, assessing risk to vulnerable civilian populations and so on. The Iranian regime on the other hand obviously does not care about civilians.

News flash. We have schools on military bases all over the world (including here in the US). Also check out how close Langley HS is to the CIA headquarters. Maybe we should move some stuff.

Exactly. PP laughably thinks there was some risk assessment before Langley was built or DODEA school is built on a base.
