Is there a shortage of coaches in this whole area? Parents of other clubs posting about not having coaches listed.

I heard they only had a head coach for u9 boys and need to hire four more. If the coaches are actually named at tryouts could someone post their names? We are attending a different tryout with hired coaches.

Was it 2013 boys? That's what I heard about boys 2013. One coach hired, three coaches needed.

No lol different age group. So yeah this is probably the case for most age groups. How does a travel soccer club fail to perform one of its most basic functions? Can the board force PE and DS out? They are going to run Valor into the ground. What a shame because it's a convenient location for so many families and they have access to a lot of fields.

Its not at all normal in club soccer. The vast majority of parents would not knowingly sign their kid up for a situation like that.

Go to the Virginia Valor website. So far only the lead coaches have been published.

But tryouts have already started?
Most of the teams do not have coaches listed?
Previous years the coaches hired were shared prior to tryouts.

I disagree with the insult, but agree that guest players for games that don't matter so kids sit on the bench for at least half of a game is not ideal.

Did both Lewis brother coaches quit and go to VSA or just KL? No loss, just curious.
