He actually didn't speak long at all. The judge is speakign now. I imagine the judge will speak for about 20 minutes or so, and we'll probably hear the sentence about 10 or so minutes in.

He is not testifying. He's speaking at his sentencing hearing. So far, he's apologized to each victim, and he's apologized to his mother. He apologized to his children and said they deserve better. He said he hates himself right now and that he's lost everything. He's still talking....
