She’s 09 playing up on the 08 team. So of course it’s allowed.

Richmond is thought of as the best teams in Virginia by far. It was a lose for Arlington but a good result. Arlington is one of the top teams in the area and the region. As for VDA sounds like excuses. Definitely not as strong as people thought.
