If race really is a social construct then a racial crime is whatever you say is a racial crime. Otherwise you are saying racial differences are real, which is often considered racist.

Actually that's not clear, but he did have at least two friendships with Jews, one of whom he allowed to leave Germany, and one he didn't. But isn't this like someone saying they aren't racist because they have black friends? In any event, it was part of Nazi doctrine to disrupt such friendships precisely because people often make exceptions for their friends.

Yeah it is horrible what the media does to further divide the country. Like targeting Asian Americans for violence - almost everyone in America is sickened by and is viscerally against that.
