Kemp was popular with moderates because he stood up for democracy in 2020. Raffensburger is the mot popular person in Georgia for the same reason. I love Stacey Abrams and wish she would be president some day.

Do I believe that will happen? Probably not, because too many Americans won't vote for a woman or a Black candidate or god forbid one who is both.

Some of us are tired of people like Kemp, gerrymandering, disenfranchisement, and all tho other unto-Democratic hurdles that got in her way. Praises for her still abound. Awareness of how hard the current power structure will fight to keep their power — however misbegotten— still abound too.

Sadly, Kemp is grifty too. It's all around not a good example to set for younger voters and for voters who already think that most politicians are corrupt. I would have thought that Stacy would be better/smarter than that.
