I don't know if I'm the first or last person to see the new casting choices, but I am really and truly scratching my head at Dominic West as Charles.
Imelda Staunton is a good choice for the Queen, but the appearance is a little too close to Dolores Umbridge.

I agree Dominic West doesn't look at all like Charles. But what famous actor does? Charles looks normal. Not so much for professional actors. But at least the same hair color would have helped.
I read that Dominic West himself was puzzled since he also noted that he does not resemble Prince errmm King Charles at all.
