Ha interesting. My unpopular opinion in 2015 was that he was gross and “off.” I was assured he was a friendly genius. I am happy to have called this. People are snowed so easily it’s pathetic.
The notion that a millionaire having to take a few months off from performing is some sort of disproportionate penalty for sexual harassment is infuriating. Louis CK is doing just fine. Better than he deserves.

NP. Not a fair statement, because there are actually the true victims of this blackmail: all the actresses who didn't do it and paid the price of slow (or fast) fade in the industry.
I don't even blame the ones who decided that giving sexual favors would make a difference in their career and that it was worth it at the time. But it's not cool to come back 2 decades later and act(!) as if it wasn't a rational decision and a choice.
Both groups are victims. Full stop. One chose to lose their career and the other engaged in coerced sex. Both groups are victims.

Exactly. Instead he got thrown into the same category as Weinstein.

He did more than that:

When he actually started jerking off in front of them, the ladies decided that wasn't their bag and made for the exit. But the comedian stood in front of the door, blocking their way with his body, until he was done.
This is creepy AF.
I think he‘s super funny and his crimes were on the level of a flasher. However, I think his entire case really brought to light that 1. men in more powerful positions cannot “ask“ for permission to jack it in front of women, and 2. grown women need to act like adults and say UHM NO DON‘T DO THAT and then take it to the cops if he continues. Tbh #metoo had a lot of cases of straight up dumb behavior from adult women. Like next time a dude invites you to his hotel room after drinks to talk about your career goals, say no. Just no.

I think the Challenge on MTV is one of the most underrated shows. Its had over 30 seasons. There is drama, romance, excitement, physical challenges, strategy. The cast has a history together from previous shows.
