That's fairly common, unfortunately.
I don't think it is common to go from first diagnosis of Mild Cognitive Impairment (which is NOT dementia) to bed-ridden dementia in a year's time! According to various medical sites that I've looked at including Mayo Clinic and Alzheimer's Association (b/c my FIL is in progress from MCI to dementia), it takes years (like 7-10) to go from nothing to the end.

His tone of voice plus tonight’s episode make me think that Randall does tell his siblings about rebeccas condition, and she is angry at Randall and refuses to talk to him. And she may not even remember why. This could also explain the 10 years into the future scene where Randall and Tess say they aren’t ready to see her.
Perhaps Rebecca got angry at Randall for telling the other kids. And she never lets go of that anger at Randall.
Good theory??

I double-checked the locks and security system before bed, so yes.
Rebecca's worrying about losing her early Jack memories is really sad and moving. And I think Miguel should be commended - no doubt he knows that this is one of her biggest fears, and probably grieves with her. I think Miguel's love for Rebecca is really selfless.
I worship Miguel.
I also love seeing Kate emerge as a great mom. Not sure what lies in the future for her and Tobes, but she is kicking butt.
The Kevin/John Legend plot was ridiculous.

I just wondered that.
