Just an FYI, still multiple ID sessions this week listed on the website I will post below for convince, you could still come out and get a feel for what it's about, even if you plan on accepting the offer from your current club.

is there a 2005 ID session tonight or not? i agree, the website is now blank.
They hold practices on Friday night so coaches should be there to evaluate external players who come. I don’t believe practices were cancelled.
Training has been canceled for the out of town weekend trips. Players who wish to be ID’d should try to contact the metro, George Hales or Spencer Henderson.

Do you know it has been "pulled back." Why don't you email one of the contacts to check?

Yes, come and sit on the MU bench instead. What does this post mean? If you sit on the bench at another team, you are perfect for MU?
Yes - it means if you are a bench warmer for FCV DA, VDA ECNL, McLean ECNL, or Loudoun ECNL … come join MU and get some playing time because their players aren't quite as good. Your practices won't be as competitive, but you'll get more game time. Trade off decision.
Or, if your coach has his favorites, and no matter what you do, it's not possible to get him to see you as a player, go anywhere else. MU is an option, and so is another club where you can get a fresh look from a new coach.
Unless bench is your child's favorite position. In that case, stay where you are.
This is the correct answer. Stop posting a-hole responses that incorrectly state MU players aren’t good, it’s just not true. There were a few who weren’t ready for this level on Spirit VA this past year, and due to the club changes they shouldn’t be returning next year. MU could definitely use players who aren’t coach favorites elsewhere, wasting their talent on the bench. As someone alluded to in another post, it makes the entire region stronger for the best players to find starting positions at all of the elite options vs loading very good players onto benches at a few of those options.
I did not say that MU players aren't good. Of course they are good. MU is still a DA team. I said they are not quite as good as starters (implied) on other ECNL / DA teams. Now, you can argue about coaching favoritism - but that is a part of real life that your kid will have to deal with in school, work, and life. Stop complaining and either leave and go to MU or stay and have a serious talk with your current coach. Or not, just sit there and be a victim.
