But he hasn't had a temper tantrum blaming Hillary or anyone, for that matter. He did it or approved it being done by one of his reptilian champions Giuliani orb and Christie.

Someone should make sure this declaration is secured at the National Archives.

Most of America has declared Hillary to be un-trustworthy.
