Oh no! Why? They play ECNL RL, how many interactions could you possibly have with them outside a few tournaments. Seems a little extreme.

Someone has to provide reason and facts within this string of total chaos. So much complaining and victim mentality. Doesn’t make anyone want to join a club with this many whiners.
Welcome to VRSC the One Family of whiners
Well, if anyone leaves GFR for VRSC, they'll fit right in!

Despite paying thousands for "coaching", parents concerns go ignored. Arrogant coaching and staff. Abusive Deep discrimination against the girls program. All of this occuring at a "school."

No one cares that Gus runs StBW (his private training company) - it’s the way he uses it to manipulate parents and players into getting more playing time by paying him on the side. GFR wanted to manage it so they could ensure it was accessible to any player who wanted the training and not just a select few. And any “cut” they took was for field permits which are not free. He was using space that other coaches wanted for practice and he’d get into arguments with some of them because he wanted to use space that was scheduled for team practice to run training sessions he was collecting money for! All of the coaches followed the same rule. And it was in our contracts all along not to do private training with our own players unless it was offered to the whole team. FA has always done extra training without charging for it but Gus was unethical about it and it caused major drama on all of his teams.
I was on one of GDs team and every single player who asked to train with him was offered a spot to train. Plenty of girls who got very little playing time also trained with him. You can't claim he just wants to make money and then think he's turning down money to train girls. Also, all of the training we went to happened before GFR practice times and before GFR had permits for the field.
Field permits for turf usually start at 8 a.m.
He was holding pay to play training sessions at 7 am?
The Department of Neighborhood and Community Services (NCS) schedules and handles the permitting for the use of fields at Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS) and Fairfax County Park Authority (FCPA) facilities for leagues, organizations and groups of individuals during times designated for community use:
Monday through Friday, 5 PM to dark (11 p.m. on lighted fields)
Saturday and Sunday, 8 AM to dark (11 p.m. on lighted fields)
*Some lighted fields may have earlier lights out times. Please contact our office for details and for instructions on operating lights
The facts don’t lie. GFR didn’t have any right to claim fields before 5pm Mon-Fri.
The former GFR coach seems to not have correct information. Yes, lacrosse coaches and GD might have exchanged words during the open field times but someone might have needed to stand on business and not get bullied. I’m here for a coach who won’t be pushed around.
The coach said GD was there during other coaches scheduled practice times so that would have been after 5 pm.....

Wasn’t GD a coach? Wouldn’t he have had to coach at 5pm? Why would he have conflict if he was one of the coaches needing to coach at 5pm. Doesn’t make any sense.
