Yes 90. Thats how many kids registered and checked in. Only about 15 were 2015s and many were amazing players who could easily play up 1 year. They are all eligible, but there were lots of outside kids who were very good and would displace them and current players as well. And yes 1st round GA and Aspire offers were sent out.
