Deportation is the penalty for illegal entry. It’s not cruel and unusual punishment. It’s the right of every sovereign nation to police who enters and resides in its borders. The American people overwhelmingly rejected your open borders philosophy. But keep doubling down and see how you do in the 2028 presidential election.
