I talked to a longtime fed prosecutor today. He said that obstruction of justice would always include an arrest of that nature.
Read the complaint. Sounds like there were lots of witnesses to the events who will attest to its veracity. Judge let her hatred of Trump outweigh her ability to follow the law.
Yes reading the arrest report. Two DEA(WTF? guess there is no drug crime in this country) agents who were in the task force see the alleged “illegal” in the public hall way outside the court room.
The agents did not arrest him.
The subject gets in an elevator with two different federal agents who identify him and do nothing. The subject exit the courthouse and federal agents do not arrest him. After some unspecified amount of time the subject starts to run and is arrested.
Every federal agent involved in this will be in prison in 3 years.

Did the judge know they were there? She didn’t tell the agents she confronted to go wait by the juror door. She thought she was sneaking a domestic batterer that is illegally present in the U.S. out a side door to evade arrest. That’s why she’ll be indicted.
A judge picking which door to use to ask someone to leave her courtroom is not illegal no matter how much your fevered fascist dreams want to prosecute the judiciary.
The point is this whole thing was manufactured— right down to arresting the judge instead of just asking her to appear.
And the point of manufacturing it is to suggest that the judiciary is illegitimate because Trump/Miller know that whenever they actually has to defend their actions in court they will be found to be illegal and unconstitutional and they want to lay the groundwork for conflict with the courts.
No One is Above the Law indeed.
So she just so happened to pick the nonpublic door to send him through after sending the law enforcement on a wild goose chase to the chief judge's office to look at the warrant that was irrelevant in a public space (the courthouse).
You have totally lost this one but keep digging.
They actually haven’t lost. It’s the basis for her arrest. Your hate for Trump has you confused about the actual law.
Nope, your love for Trump has colored yours.
There are witnesses to this incident. The judge attempted to thwart an arrest. That’s illegal. You can rationalize all you want but she’s in trouble.
Please cite the law she violated. 🙄
18 U.S. Code § 1505
This one?—
Whoever corruptly, or by threats or force, or by any threatening letter or communication influences, obstructs, or impedes or endeavors to influence, obstruct, or impede the due and proper administration of the law…
Feel free to explain how her conduct falls within this statute.
The case was dropped by the pro-illegal-immigrant Biden adminstration.Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:She FAFO. Blew up her career and for who? A violent illegal immigrant.
Even CNN has conceded this, but is now whining about the fact that she was arrested publicly. The arrest was intended to send a message to other activist judges who are considering the same or similar behavior.
Lmao…a single crime reporter on CNN said that they have a case that will be decided in court, noting that this happened once before (also under Trump when his precious feelings got hurt) and the charges were dropped. They will be here, too.

What an insult to the two victims here of domestic violence and battery to suggest this case is about Trump’s hurt feelings.
