I used to think he'd definitely beat Trump and all he had to do was last until January 22, 2025.

Now I don't think he can beat Trump.

There's no "may be slowing down" to it. It's not about being a candidate. He clearly cannot do the job for four more years.

Take a chill pill. Use paragraphs.

Biden is a good man, but it's not AGE. It is an impairment. Maybe a recent stroke or bleed or maybe it's been covered up for months or years.

The tragedy is that denial or whatever put us in a place where democracy and freedom and the country are going to be put in Trump hands because people will sit out the election the way they sat out in 2016.

Sure I will vote for whoever Not Trump is, but it's an Electoral College game and I do not think I will be voting for the winner.

Cheerleaders and deniers imo have some culpability in that result.

Probably some truth that the WH kept Biden away from even other senior Democrats or only allowed meetings at his peak times. It also pays not to ask questions or prod the matter because why trigger a crisis that could only help the GOP. Biden is also president and they have their praetorian guards eager to stay in power. What happened at the debate was the sudden realization that the various factions 1) could no longer pretend there wasn't a problem going on in the WH and 2) it couldn't be covered up and hidden from the American people any more.

The latter is probably the more important of the two and it's why the same media who reassured everyone any of these doubts and questions were due to right wing conspiracies and deepfakes mere days before the debates are now going all in trying to recover their legacy, although interestingly enough, no one is doing a mea culpa and admitting they were wrong. People definitely knew but didn't investigate or ask because that's the price of political cronyism and corruption. But the public by and large isn't buying it.

Nope. We are fairly insulated from whatever and will just stew quietly. Maybe we get a tax cut.

They had a real primary and the voters chose Trump. The Dems had a rigged primary that chased away anybody with a pulse. The debate showed us clearly which party had the correct approach.
