There have been Democrats who outspent their Republican opponents, but what PP said was that Democrats lost the 2022 Senate cycle, which is not true.

Hogan should be running for president against one of our popular Dem governors. This would give us a chance at having a fit for the job leader for the next four year presidential term. Hogan would never win a Republican primary so would never be running for President against a Democrat.
