I am against all kinds of drugs, vaping etc for health reason. So I will continue to vote against it.

My adult kids voted for it because they saw it as a vote towards racial equity. They are idiots. No one should have access to drugs.

Thank you. My adult kid is an idiot too. There's no universe in which an intoxicated populace is a good.

Before we had an intoxicated and incarcerated populace. Was that better?

Maybe both are bad?

Now we are going to have a more intoxicated populace.

They'll be pushing for shrooms next, watch.

Oh no. Shrooms. Those non-habit forming, depression relieving, no physical harm when taken for long periods, things that grow naturally. We should totally throw non-violenr people in jail over plants. It’s great for the country.

Opium also grows naturally. Is that your criteria for legalization?

The funny thing is that the “weed lobby” will probably the most opposed to making other drugs illegal. Need to protect their profits.

So you're OK with sending people to jail for making a smell you don't like? Should it be the death penalty for owning a ginko tree?

I voted to legalize cannabis in D.C. a few years ago, but I have to say I kind of think the answer to this question maybe should be yes.

They can be sprayed to keep from fruiting.

it is all about the opportunity to make money, that's it. Forget the well being of people killed in crashes by impaired people, forget about the long term impact on health, just big bucks oh and a small fraction that goes to the programs they say will benefit form the revenue.

Most incarcerants are there because of violent crime convictions. Not marijuana. This law won't change average daily jail/prison populations one whit.

The library? No. Downtown Silver Spring, Pike and Rose, Wheaton Mall, or Montgomery Mall? Absolutely yes.

Was in downtown DC today walking on Pennsylvania Ave near the White House and smelled it.

Because catching a whiff is exactly the same thing as having to "walk through a think wall of marijuana smoke."
