Remember the value of a recruiting directors is offers outside the top 25. Girls with top 25 talent recruit themselves. Let's see how many Cap Orange girls get D1 offers before any judgements are made.
Well, considering the Capital Orange team has 3 compared to Prides 4 so far, I would say pretty good so far

There are some surprises with how many commits teams have in comparison to the team's talent. However, for the most part, if you look at their rankings in comparison to the number of commits, they are very close in comparison. And before you say these numbers are wrong, I am sure you are right, but this is the most updated information out there for comparision.

They're not.
Tiger moms and dads can get you places!
I do not think anyone is saying Capital Blue is the second-best team in the DMV. They are the BEST team in the DMV.
Pride is the second best, and the Orange team is the third

Capital is the best club in the DC area, many years their orange team is the second best team in the DMV. They tend to get highly motivated lacrosse players, a majority of whom are also highly motivated in the classroom. The club gets their teams in the best tournaments in the country so they have plenty of opportunities to get showcase themselves. They learn from girls above them what works (what showcases, should I do camps and when etc.). Great players +Great grades + A great recruiting playbook equals year after year success. Sure the RD fields phone calls and passes them on, but there is no magic or great RD behind this.
So what changed from two years ago and before when the Capital girls weren't going this quickly and the majority were not going to top 25 schools?
