This afternnon in Texas a Federal Magistrate ordered that Elmer Stewart Rhodes remain in custody as he poses a threat to the public and it is doubtful he will abide by conditions of release. Lots of nuggets in the testimony. In the weeks leading up to the insurrection, he spent $40k on weapons. He has not seen his six children or wife since 2018. No word on whether he pays any child supposrt. He lives in a rented apartment with RWNJ attorney Kelly SoRelle and has few personal possessions. His estranged wife testified on page 10.
