It totally depends on the age group.
Some age groups send their first team offers out a week or more before tryouts.
Some send them right after the first tryout. The later the offer, the less they want your kid. Beware of a first team offer well after the second tryout, your kid will sit on the bench.
Thanks for the generic input that doesn't answer the question.
Which age group are you talking about? That would be a helpful detail to add, since every age group seems to do their own thing.

Only one of the current U11 boys coaches is leaving Valor. He is a good coach and the kids were sad about it. He has been with younger boys for several years. He didn't say where he is going.
All coaches are young and inexperienced at some time in their career. It makes sense that they start at younger ages and lower teams. I don't think you'll find too many great coaches with 15 years of experience who want to take a U9 fourth team. That's just the reality. It does not mean that they don't know the game, it just means they're young.
Who's leaving? I've never seen the U11 Black team's coach, but if it's one of the other 4 that would be a big loss on Valor's part.
Second team coach (KL) is leaving. No idea if they will put one of the other coaches from that age group into that spot or if it will be someone new. I think the bottom team coach is actually good. A younger guy who seems patient with the kids in terms of their current skill level and cares about their development. Not my kid’s coach, so maybe those parents have a different perspective.
