If you have 20 players on a travel team vs. 20 players on a rec team, they should be allotted the same field space. Right now they allot 3 days of fieldsoace for every 1 day to recreatii al players despite their being the same number of players. They should also assess the amount of field space allotted to boys and girls and level the playing field to make sure girls are getting equal access. They so far have refused to do this which is discriminatory towards girls and intentional. Since ,any of the fields are on public school property, this directly violates title 9. If you ask the school admin, they gaslight and say it doesnt. Someone should file a federal complaint against their policies. The school board has a long history of discriminating against girls under title 9. Just search the news.
Why stop at a federal complaint. Why not a congressional inquiry with a Supreme Court ruling that leads to a new amendment to our constitution in conjunction with the Pope to be instituted as the 11th Commandment - Thou Shall Not Ghost My DC After Club Soccer Tryouts

It is transparent. Look at the 990.
FVU for profit. No 990.
Same is true for Loudoun Soccer. The financials are different than the club for ECNL. Follow the money and you will see why Loudoun doesn't want woman coaches for ECNL teams They also don't want it public exactly how much the ECNL coaches and staff are being paid. If you look deeper, many of these staffers are in $1M plus homes Look even deeper and the county doesn't want it public the arrangements that were made. I'll bet the same is true in Fairfax.
Not sure about all of your conspiracy theories but Loudoun is currently a non-profit. Whether they spin-off NVA into a for-profit is another question. Anyone looking to hide the money trail would certainly be in favor of doing so.
NVA for profit.
Stop saying stuff that isn’t true. There’s a simple lookup for companies. They’re not registered. When you pull Loudoun’s 990, it even refers to the ECNL program. Give it up.
to be fair the most recent 990 for loudoun precedes nva by three years.
I’ll give you that. But there’s also no registered name for NVA so it has to fall under one of the partner NFPs.
Wrong again. Are you that naive? Wake up. Look up the FVU LLC info. You'll see the folks who you would expect to see on the documents. The one's calling all the shots and putting the money in their pockets under the guise of community welfare.

Anonymous wrote:What's not true? Disclose where all the money goes? Transparency. How much comes from rec and travel that supports the ECNL program? Disclose it. It's not on the 990. Parents have known for years that money is taken for rec fees that goes directly to travel coaches. Loudoun paid travel coaches with rec fees throughout the pandemic. Let's have full disclosure. How much money from Loudoun gets paid to the county for a weak Rec program? Do t lecture about truth. Open up your books to the general piblic and explain why Loudoun gets such favoritism from the county?
