There are a lot of solid clubs here BUT the mix is very similar to what GA/GA2 has done.
The organization losing the most here is USYS.

This is a midnight post on a Saturday. Guy was drunk and looking to stir the pot. Let him cook! He was probably getting yelled at by his wife a few hours earlier anyway. Guy needs a break.
well usually the truth comes out when you have had a few too many. I mean, was he wrong?

My daughters team has beat e every ECNL team in our state besides 2. If those 2 one is the worst of them all and the other one will not play us as their is some bad blood. No not every GA player feels they need ECNL.

The ECNL hats are nervous + lashing out.
No worries, GA will just keep adding clubs around the big ECNL clubs so they have nobody to poach talent from and are forced to develop their own.
I always laugh at you parents that talk about talent being poached. So funny.
Poaching talent is the opposite of watering down.
Girls ECNL parents like that they've been able to pick off the best players from all the clubs around them that don't have girls ECNL.
Now that GA is bringing on clubs left and right there's less clubs for ECNL to recruit from. This creates the situation that ECNL hats call watering down of the available players. What's really going on is that ECNL clubs don't want to invest the resources in developing younger players.
By "watering down" or "over-saturated" they mean there are less players for them to draw from that have been trained at a younger age. More GA and ECNL clubs mean that the current ones need to either learn how to train and retain players better or sit stagnant until they themselves are relegated to RL like PDA South.

So what you’re saying is GA is developing players while ECNL is simply poaching talent from other clubs?
I've never heard a GA parent talk about other leagues "watering down" the potential player base.
I have heard multiple ECNL parents say that other leagues are watering down the player base.
Draw your own conclusions.
