Sounds very low! They have five teams in that age group, so that would be around 60 current players.

What’s crazy is this isn’t just for lower level teams. Who’s to say they don’t still have to hire second team coaches? Without a list no one knows for sure. I don’t personally see a problem when a smaller club lists some coaches but then a TBD for the lowest team because they aren’t yet sure if they will form that last team. It is at least transparent and people can decide if they want to take a chance with that. With Valor right now you have a bunch of parents of second team players wondering if they even have a coach lined up let alone who it will be.
The message is that they only care about the experience for players on the "gold" level teams. Everyone else is just widgets there to
