Putin has private Nazi-run death squads. Look up Wagner PMC. It's led by Putin's friend Dmitri Utkin, a former Spetznaz officer and known neo-Nazi. Check out Utkin's tattoos - Nazi Reichsadler and SS insignia. He named his company "Wagner" after Hitler's favorite composer. Wagner is Russia's dirty work and private "plausible deniability" military operating in Syria, Central African Republic, Mali and many other hot spots. Wagner currently has hundreds of assassins in Ukraine trying to assassinate the Jewish president of Ukraine, who is the grandson of Holocaust survivors and who was popularly elected by the supposedly Nazi Ukrainians with solid 73% majority.

The article I read said it is unclear if it came from Russia or Ukraine. Either way, leaders in Croatia are very concerned that it wasn’t spotted prior to crashing. Thank goodness no one was hurt.

This article says it was fired from Ukraine.

Has anybody read the article above by "FAIR" (Fairness and Accuracy in Reporting)?
There is a lot of interesting material here that paints a complicated picture which, if accurate, suggests that the US has meddled a great deal in Ukraine's internal affairs, and may have even played a hand in the 2014 revolution. I'm curious to get feedback on the material presented in this article. Is it credible?
A second item that I'd like feedback on is the video below by the BBC, created in 2014, which documents the activities of neo-nazi groups in Ukraine who wish to create a "clean" (i.e. ethnically homogeneous) country.
This video surprised me because I had assumed that Putin's claims of nazi groups in Ukraine was absurd. Are these groups small and insignificant, or do they have some real power?
Those nazi groups were seeded and supported by Russia as part of its efforts to weaken Ukraine.
Ukraine doesn't have a Neo-nazi problem. (any more than any other Western country, including the U.S.) They elected Zelensky, who is Jewish, with over 70% of the vote. The mayor of Melitopol is Vitaly Kim, a Korean Ukrainian.
But the neo-Nazi groups in the BBC video are pro-Ukrainian, not pro-Russia. Why would Russians finance pro-Ukrainian nazi groups?
Obviously, Zelensky and the mayor are not nazis. But the BBC videos indicates that nazi groups are indeed active in Ukraine.
Russians would finance pro-Ukranian nazi groups to make Ulraine look bad and justify their invasion.
Well Ukraine, just like the Baltics, DID have a history of strong collaboration with the Nazis during the war. I don’t blame them tho. You’d collaborate too if the choice was between death or collaboration. The Baltics is a diff story bc their collaboration with the nazis was a tad too enthusiastic. Native antisemitism as a factor.
There was plenty of anti-semitism in Russia too.
