“Privacy” is just a subset of liberty and we can do away with the term and speak plainly. It’s liberty to access a medical procedure that is at stake. Roe was written in a time when women and men didn’t NOT talk about periods, miscarriages, pregnancy or anything else that had to do with women’s bodies. Hence the word “privacy”.
