Do you ever wonder if there is a small part of Justin's brain that questions whether he made any mistakes here? I certainly hope so. He ruined his entire career -- and I mean ruined -- with a series of weird, inappropriate, and frankly stupid behaviors. Was it SH? I don't know, I'm not a legal expert. Do I think walking in on an actress while she's topless and refusing to leave or at least face away is totally inappropriate behavior? YES. Telling your co-star (as her director) that you want to add a scene where your character (an abuser) climaxes simultaneously with her character, because that's what you and your wife do? Calling multiple actresses on set "sexy" or "hot"? Trying to convince an actress to do a birth scene with unscripted nudity by claiming "it's not normal" for women to give birth in hospital gowns? Asking a pair of actors if they "practiced" for their sex scene because it was so "hot"?

Do you think Baldoni ever looks at these incidents written out in Lively's filings and thinks, "huh, I can see now how that might be considered offensive or uncomfortable for the person on the receiving end of these behaviors." Ever?

Nah, 'cause Baldoni is innocent.

Cuz he's hot and she's not? That's about as deep as the bot brains go.

I thought she was supposed to be the hot one and he's the secret incel uggo?

So does anyone think Jones v Abel has a better chance of settling? This case is a bit less emotionally charged, and both parties still have claims against the other, plus the discovery in this case is impacting Wayfarer in other suits.

Waiting to see how the trial plays out, not paying attention to the paid shills stumping for this clown.

You definitely aren’t a legal expert and apparently can’t even read because the walking in allegation was against Jamey Heath not Baldoni. Once I realized you were that stupid, I didn’t bother to read the rest, but trust you didn’t get that right either.

I'm a woman. We don't have to have a side. I've been sexually harassed at work multiple times. Do you want to dismiss my experience? Had a guy follow me around telling me he wanted to give me a pearl necklace. Got cornered and trapped in an elevator with another guy at work who wanted to "push all my buttons" and on and on. But dismissing her because she's blond and rich is ridiculous. Why even bring it up? Let the courts sort it out before calling her a dirty liar.

I’m a woman. I don’t care at all what happened to you, never will; it isn’t remotely relevant to anything here.

Cool. I feel the same and don't know why the DV person showed up to bore us with her "experience" that has nothing to do with this case. I don't care about either of you, tit for tat.

There's no question that he does, because he prefaces with stuff like "I know I'm not supposed to say this..."

He jokes about the HR stuff *while* making the inappropriate comments. He tips other guys off about getting cancelled. He knows.

Getting screamed at as he hits your chair, called sexy, asking for hugs and getting huffy when you won't, talking about his consent and porn issues... the dream!

So gently tapping a chair after Velma from Scooby Doo tried to take control over the set, validating how hot I am, being friendly on set, being candid about how he was able to overcome his demons ... honestly, yes, sounds like a great forthcoming boss.
