Under 25 cases per 100K. My guess is we have more TB here than that and we don’t isolate....
Maybe because you can call your doctor’s office or Minute Clinic to schedule a TDAP vaccine at any time? Do you think that has something to do with it?
What do tetanus shots have to do with tuberculosis?
... and what does any of this have to do with COVID (the topic of the thread)?
I posted the TB post. My point is that when you reduce the spread to a very low level due to vaccination, then the draconian measures (everything closed, etc) and stop. And 25 cases per 100K is a low level. I guarantee you that we have more people walking around with TB then with Covid in this county, and we haven’t shut down.

The vaccine, which is being rolled out in a national immunization program that began Dec. 20, was 89.4% effective at preventing laboratory-confirmed infections, according to a copy of a draft publication that was posted on Twitter and confirmed by a person familiar with the work. The companies worked with Israel’s Health Ministry on the preliminary observational analysis, which wasn’t peer-reviewed. Some scientists disputed its accuracy.
In England as well. https://papers.ssrn.com/sol3/papers.cfm?abstract_id=3790399
86% reduction in infections after second dose in healthcare workers tested every two weeks.
