NONE were deliberately targeted. No evidence of that, and anyone saying that is just parroting IRGC propaganda.

And again, IRGC is to be blamed as much as anyone for nestling military facilities and weapons stockpiles in the midst of civilian infrastructure. There is no legitimate reason for using civilians and civilian infrastructure to shield military targets.

Preparing for a surge in injuries is an indication that the medical staff in Germany has information not yet released to the American public.
