This is mostly hyperbole. The pool is stronger than ever. A few of the weaker preppers didn't make the cut and were replaced by less wealthy kids who were the most talented in their schools. Seems like they have a lot greater potential than the kids being forced to prep 1234 hours per week by their tiger parents.

I know and can't grasp why those wokes are bent on a fair and inclusive process! The old system was fine. We could take a few prep classes to guarantee a spot at TJ. Now everyone is getting in even those poors!

Their post is clearly sarcastic but seems fair because it sheds light on the actual issue here. People who want to maintain their privilege over others by clinging to a rigged system. I don't think the changes are perfect but they are an improvement since overall more will benefit than before.

Agree the wokes need to stop forcing all this equity and inclusion on the public! We like the old system that favors preppers at the wealthy schools.
