I'm not clear what the WTU is trying to do (I personally want to be back in full-time in-person teaching), but I don't think this survey is going to give the information that DCPS really needs because it has no way for us to indicate that we are considering taking leave.
Don't think for a minute that DCPS will not retaliate if you take FMLA. I know that legally they can't- but that has never stopped them before.
