Just got e-mail (boys DA parent). It says girls in GA. Boys announcement likely within a week. I assume they are still thrashing out details of exactly who's in the MLS league, and who will play who, and how much the MLS teams will play each other and how much the non-MLS teams etc.

This tells me you are not ASA. If you are, then boys ASA and then impatient. Nobody should post private club emails here. Asking for that shows you are trolling

Move to GA is real for girls. If you are a current DA parent at ASA you would have got an email at 5PM from German. If you did not, and you are speculating on this board of its authenticity then let me confirm. It’s real.

Unknown for boys side but GA for the girls.

Would there be a reason they would pick GAL over ECNL?

If Arlington picked ECNL for boys and GAL for girls, that says something. By all accounts, an all in ECNL decision would have been welcomed in Richmond.

Yeah, no.

No e-mail on the boys side yet. Did the e-mail to the girls' parents definitely define the decision on the boys side too? Seems odd to me that they would join ECNL on the boys side without the girls - when nobody on the boys side (coaches, players, nor parents) wanted to do that. Presumably there was some problem with working out the MLS league in that case...?

It did not.

Sounds like there was an e-mail then? And the girls went GAL? In which case I would assume boys are going MLS. I presume that decision must be close to finalized as it was likely what was holding up the girls announcement.
