I'm not sure if I believe you.

This just feels different.

Dear Trump voter. I’m trying to understand what you are worried about? That Trump is corrupt of that he has been caught?

Because Rudy is clearly involved and I thought this sort of thing was beneath him. And there are all those photos of the two guys with Trump and Don Jr.

As with any big 'news', let it ride a couple days.

The indictment was related to campaign finance violations that were reported in July 2018 — before the so-called “whistleblower” reported the call — and had nothing to do with the subject of the “impeachment inquiry.” The indictment does not even mention Giuliani.

In the meantime, we are finding that the whistleblower has definitely had contact with presidential Democratic candidates and is a registered Democrat, AND worked with Biden at the Obama WH.

Which whistleblower? There're more than one.

The initial one. Any others are just noise, given there's a transcript that was released of the call. Were there more to the call, there would have already been overt action. Think about it: if there was hard evidence, they would have moved to vote.

Dude, the whistleblower is moot. Trump has admitted to his crimes, on tv, multiple times.

Then that’s hard evidence. Yet no vote.

Why are you rushing? Let's hear from Yovanavitch and Sondland.

We should hear from POTUS too. "I am not a crook."

Then a vote.

Why do you need more? The whistleblower has spoken and Trump admitted it on live TV. Vote.

Your source for the bolded? Are you aware that the whistleblower's lawyers wrote a letter explaining that the whistleblower had contact with politicians purely in the line of his or her apolitical duties? There is no evidence AT ALL of political bias, and the fact that Trump political appointees thought the complaint was credible should be a point in favor of the whistleblower's general trustworthiness.

You are correct that Giuliani's associates are not mentioned in the complaint. There may be indirect links, but they have not been identified yet. It just seems that a lot of different US government actors had various interests in Ukraine, and Giuliani's actions don't seem to be above board.

I’m aware of what the LAWYERS wrote. That’s their job.

+ 1

We watched it in real time. He basically dared us to impeach him. He said, I didn’t do it. Then he said, well, I DID, but so what? What are you going to do about it? I am king!!!!!

Beneath Rudy? Uh, he has been corrupt for decades. Part of his rooting out the NY Italian mafia was to pave the way for the Russian mafia.

Did you seriously not know this?

I'm not sure this has been proven but I think you are correct. It's odd because he has an Italian name.

I hope when Rudy is placed in custody the FBI has the presence of mind to wait until he is sober and make him take a blood test to prove sobriety before interviewing him. He has not been sober in years and his statement could be thrown out.

Barr will let Giuliani be the fall guy and somehow try to redeem himself and Trump. I think it won't work.

Only two Cabinet members have ever gone to prison. The Trump administration will double or triple this number.

Rudy is an alcoholic? Not judging, but I figured that he had some form of dementia. I’m a Democrat, but Rudy seemed to be a hero after 9/11 and it has been terribly disappointing to see him sink to this.

It can't work because Trump has released transcripts showing HE was at the center of this. Barr has a little bit of deniability, but he still illegally sat on the whistleblower report for three weeks.
