My daughter attended a few. They did not all wear the same color. Did wear numbers initially anyway. Were mixed 2006-2007. Yes drills. I don't recall 1 v 1 but that doesn't mean it didn't happen. Yes small sided mainly.

Yes, come and sit on the MU bench instead. What does this post mean? If you sit on the bench at another team, you are perfect for MU?
Yes - it means if you are a bench warmer for FCV DA, VDA ECNL, McLean ECNL, or Loudoun ECNL … come join MU and get some playing time because their players aren't quite as good. Your practices won't be as competitive, but you'll get more game time. Trade off decision.
Or, if your coach has his favorites, and no matter what you do, it's not possible to get him to see you as a player, go anywhere else. MU is an option, and so is another club where you can get a fresh look from a new coach.
Unless bench is your child's favorite position. In that case, stay where you are.

No doubt. And many of those players at a few of the clubs in question are worth the start somewhere. It’s a shame to keep them on the bench at a club where they aren’t appreciated.
Recruit recruit recruit.
Shameful.
