There are good reasons for having a lot on the roster, if a team plays inultiole leagues or other reasons but I don't suspect that's what this club is doing. Looks like they are using it as a profit center. Since they don't have access to the best leagues, they probably do this to survive. This club is well known for playing dirty

Clearly you do not know how rostering works?
These can be players from the 2nd team that are rostered prior to the season so if they do perform well they can get opportunities.
