Which is why "the same things" wouldn't be said about the Koch brothers. They are said about the Rothschilds, and Soros, BECAUSE they are Jews, and therefore part of/shorthand for the vast Jewish conspiracy that controls the banks, the media, and apparently, the weather.

So, in a way, this is a good test; White can't be anti-semitic b/c he didn't realize the Rothschilds were Jewish (ostensibly), but he dredged up the name "Rothschild," a European banking family he likely know little about instead of say, "Koch," American financiers who actually have been involved in politics on the opposing side. And AFAICT the admiration for NOI in AA communities has less to do with handouts (done by many organizations) than with the turning around of lives by religious conversion.

Poor rural areas are no different than poor urban areas in that no one pays any attention to them.
No one pays attention to the people living in them or their plight which makes it all the more easy for predatory lenders and bankers to wreak havoc on those areas for profit thus worsening their predicaments, but also because no one pays attention to them it makes it all the more easy for all kinds of extremist groups to proliferate their propaganda in those areas under the guise philanthropic programs.

I'm the OP of this thread of the conversation. I don't want to do that, except perhaps as a rhetorical exercise.

I want everyone to see prejudice where it exists, even in themselves, and take it seriously, not as a personal failing, but as something he or she needs to work on. I'm a white person in 2018 (and a Jew). I have been working diligently since Trayvon Martin was shot a few years ago to undo 40+ years of not quite getting what it meant for racism to be "systemic," and how I am myself implicated in it. I am embarrassed it took me this long. As a Jew, I recognize that I need non-Jews to have that same realization about anti-semitism, an I would hope for it most from a community leader, who could help his constituents see how you raise your own consciousness and build a stronger society.
