There is the poster who likes to pop up every time someone mentions running, to warn people that running will make them look old and ugly.

I am not that person but I hate when I post our menus and I'm told it is "old fashioned". We like very traditional foods on Thanksgiving. If we're happy with it then I don't see what the problem is.


PP here and I agree! If creamed onions and rutabaga are your thing, go for it. We see enough fancy stuff at restaurants. Jiffy corn casserole is not on a restaurant menu, sadly!

This is too funny—I remember “vagina list” lady. She loves to pop up in birth threads and tell us how she told her MIL she couldn’t be present at the birth. Which is fine, but she tells the exact same anecdote the exact same way, thread after thread.

To clarify, not weekend. The stretch from Wednesday-Sunday that I call "thanksgiving weekend" even though it's 5 days.
