Agree. I use to think we should buy so we could have our kids would go to Haycock, so glad we had better sense not to. Haycock parents are crazy and seem to not be pleased unless the school is being run on their terms. Psychos!![]()
Judging from your eloquent prose and mastery of grammar (read: sarcasm), I think you would have benefitted from a Haycock education.
DP here. It doesn't seem like parents speaking up for what they believe to be in the best interests of the school's students and teachers means the inmates are running the asylum. That's what PP keeps trying to imply, just so she can take a dig at Haycock.
I don't have kids there, but I drive by the school regularly. You can tell the parents are engaged, and there are a lot of new houses being built near the school. There's literally a lot of investment in that community, and it shouldn't surprise anyone that the parents aren't passive types who'll just roll over because the principal woke up one morning and decided he wanted change, especially for reasons that he apparently wasn't able to articulate very well.
you can tell parents are engaged, because you drive by the school?! you must be psychic.
There are always a lot of parents walking with their kids to school and gathering in groups to chat. I mean maybe they are just gossiping about you, but I get the impression from what I see and read they care about the school.
There are always a lot of parents walking with their kids to every school and gathering in groups to chat, because every school has walkers. In most schools kids are walkers or kiss and riders. But anyway, you seem to think you're adept at drawing conclusions, so I'll leave you to your own self proclaimed glory.

i I wonder if this makes you feel good about yourself? Calling people you never met names. A post like this reflects upon your character. You clearly were not at the meeting. There were no “Psychos” present. Admin agreed to the meeting. Progress is being made. We are hoping trust and respect between teachers and staff can also be made.Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:The teachers are not going to stay.
