I am not voting for Rushern Baker because he's black. I am voting for him because I like his record in PG County and I'm a proud Democrat who does not agree with many of Hogan's prior actions and current positions. If you think people only vote for black candidates because of the color of their skin, you're 50 shades of stupid.

Except MoCo and HoCo are two of the most populous counties in Maryland without a huge # of Hogan supporters. I would much rather my kid didn't have 28 kids in his elementary school class and pay tolls when I visit the Eastern shore. But Hogan has his priorities and education is not one of them.
