I think these people are complete and total a-holes. And completely clueless. They clearly saw nothing wrong with leaving their children unattended IN PUBLIC! So clearly their judgement is scary. That said, I really feel for those children. They must be terrified without their parents. I do think it's in the kids best interest to be reunited with their parents. How that happens and under what supervision I don't know. But I do think being away from their parents is more damaging.

Maybe the state department attorney has been overseas and seen what has happened to unattended children. Someone could have snatched those two desirable babies from the car by breaking a window and putting them into a "adoption" scheme. $100,000 per kid is my guess. Especially, if they could trace the parent's educational levels

And I'm grateful that the state dept. attorney clearly did think it was his business as opposed to someone like you. You don't care enough about a two and three year old? Wow.
