Grass will grow back. The reflecting pool has been the bane of every administration's existence since its inception. Wrestling at the White House is inelegant, but it's a legitimate sporting event.
Keep insisting on bringing to justice all the decision-makers of fatal policies. After the midterms, we need to investigate all of them and mete out prison time.
NP and I agree with you for the most part. However, it is legit to talk about how all these "projects" he keeps starting and F-in up are costing SO MUCH MONEY while they take money away from things like USAID and research etc.
Plus, most Americans don't get how ineptly everything in gvt has been handled the last 18 mo. They hear of changed and thing they are normal-style changed.
These cosmetic f-ups are great visual symbols of what has happened inside agencies, with federal law enforcement, in lawsuits, etc etc
That's the takeaway that this is just a visual metaphor for the rampant destruction. Look how they can't negotiate with foreign countries after gutting State, handle disease outbreaks after gutting HHS and screw worm outbreaks after cutting USDA.
It's just a visual representation of their incompetence and waste and now their willingness to.lie, gaslight and criminalize exposure of their BS.
It's funny but also deeply chilling.

He should pay for it. He made this mess, he should pay for it.
100%
Also, they need to drop charges on the folks they arrested. A properly applied sealant coating shouldn't be able to just be pulled up by someone with their bare hands. It's clear that it's separating on its own. I hope the people who got arrested sue Trump for false arrest and defamation, given his unhinged attacks calling them "radical lunatics" and falsely accusing them of vandalism.
Is everyone conveniently forgetting about the carved 86 47 into the bottom of the reflecting pool? You speak of vandalism as if it didn’t happen, rolling to your own “isms”.
You are conflating two different incidents. Nobody carved 86 47 into the reflecting pool. It was imprinted in grass.
You are correct - my bad. Wrong location, right sentiment. Corrosive chemicals were used to imprint 86 47 into the grass by deranged individual(s). Vandalization occurred, did it not?
equating some markings in grass with the devastation being wrought on the ellipse, mall, white house, kenedy center, institute for peace and reflecting pool is not a horse you want to try to ride.
Imagine complaining about some dead grass after Trump did this:
