Nope. It’s not money. DC budgeted for 4000 police officers. We are at 3200, so 800 below the need. We can’t recruit officers to DC because the Council and people like you make the job impossible.

Ya, where are these slums? the cheapest properties for purchase are almost half a million dollars and the cheapest rends are close to $1000/mo for a studio.
