Laid-off IRS employee said he had voted for Trump: "I thought that someone with his business acumen would have come in with a fine-tooth comb and actually found it instead of coming in with a wrecking ball and destroying people’s lives for no reason."
That right there is a person who has not been paying attention. If he had paid attention, he'd know Trump is the King of Bankruptcy. Casinos, Trump University, Trump Steaks, Ivanka's brand--all tanked.
He has no freaking clue how to run a business or provide value to a market. He cons people and threatens them. That's all he knows how to do.
People need to learn that Trump isn’t that great at business. He lent his name to other people that are. He stiffs payment from people doing work. Even now, when he talks, it’s just a bunch of word salad and promises. It works because other people have to figure out how to make things happen. Donald Trump is good at drama and conning. He know that’s and has been using it for decades.
+1 I don’t think we should be paying an IRS employee who thinks Trump has any kind of “business acumen.”
Kinda true.
50+% of succeeding in business is attracting attention. Trump is very, very good at that.
He just sucks at the other 50%.
Kind of a proto-influencer. Great at attracting attention, but substantively idiotic.

The man’s wife said they also believed his 13 years of military service in the Navy and Air Force Reserves, with an honorable discharge as an E-4, would have offered him more protection against DOGE cuts.

Are we supposed to feel bad for him? It’s obvious he thinks he’s special and is looking for special treatment. Good thing he kept himself anonymous or he might never work again with that attitude.
No more special than the thousands of other feds wrongfully terminated.
Of course he was special. He was a Trump voter and expected to be rewarded for his loyalty.
This is quickly going to turn into a McKinley situation- just watch
Gah! My bad. A Garfield situation. My apologies.

Maybe he should move to DC! My commute is a lot shorter than that. But he probably doesn’t want to live near black people.
