Not sure what you mean. Jolie is a loser who had nothing better to do than sign on Christmas Day. Brad signed on the 30th. That’s not feet dragging. He actually has a life and was probably spending the holidays with his girlfriend and family.

All, he had to do was buy a ticket to the show. He has not appeared in Atlanta for his oldest daughter for any of her big days. He did not need Jolie's permission to go to parent's day, homecoming, high school graduation, etc. When he was supposed to be spending time with the twins, Brad chose to be in Europe to work on a film. Money has nothing to do with anything. Yes, she can restrict his custody/visits/access through the courts or just hide the kids or refuse to let him see them. She constantly traveled and if he was working (and he had to work to support her lifestyle), he couldn't just drop everything and travel to her in hopes of seeing the kids for a few minutes. She kept them out out of school so there was no parents day, homecoming, etc and even so, yes, dads who don't have joint custody need an order if the school refuses as they go by what mom puts on the paperwork.

DP. You can’t be this naive. You don’t wonder why he found the strength to continue the winery lawsuit but gave up on taking her to court to custody? She can’t just hide the kids or restrict custody. If anything if he documented that behavior he would probably be able to use that to get some custody. You can’t even legally take a kid out if the country in this type of scenario without a signed consent letter from the other parent. He does not care and it isn’t a priority to him. I think some of the negative opinions of Angelina Jolie are accurate but it’s crazy to me how someone can pretend that Brad Pitt didn’t have the resources to try harder. If he wanted to he would.

As some of you have repeatedly pointed out in multiple Pitt-Jolie threads, Angelina has had those children everywhere, in plain sight. If the press, paparazzi, awards ceremonies, etc know where they are, surely Brad with his vast sum of money and resources knows where they are. The children were hidden in plain sight for all to see. My BFF makes 50k and her ex has her in court seemingly every other week on custody. Amazing that Brad Putt can't afford to do that.

It’s possible that he thought that fighting that way would be worse do the kids. I don’t know what’s going on with them but I think it’s hard to be a divorcing parent of kids if the other parent’s main goal is to hurt you — fighting them just makes things worse for the kids. It’s why a lot of parents won’t contest custody even if their ex is a crappy parent.

Brad spent years and millions of dollars fighting for joint custody of his kids. Crazy Jolie fought him every step of the way to deny him any custody. It’s amazing how you cannot see how she is an irrational scorned woman. Her own lawyer dropped her because she thought Jolie’s position was harmful to the children. It’s amazing how you would praise a no-good mother like Jolie who intentionally alienated her children from their father. Jolie never cared about how her scorched Earth campaign against Brad affected her family. She only cared about getting revenge and hurting Brad. Brad has every right to fight for his contractual rights regarding the winery after his witch of an ex-wife sold her shares to a terrible business partner. Jolie is the one who insists on making a business dispute personal and using the court case to paint herself as the victim yet again.
