Would you tolerate a referee constantly calling fouls or throwing flags on one team, but not the other team? You probably would if it was the other team - which in this case it is. As a referee, you call a fair game, or you sit in the stands like the fan that you are.
Trump did lose his cool and Harris kept hers. But that wasn't unexpected when the "debate" was 3-on-1.
The "referees weren't constantly calling fouls". Trump said some absolutely batsh!t insane sh!t, and the moderators checked him on it. He got away with most of his usual bullsh!t. If they fact checked him on everything, the moderators would have spent more time talking than the candidates. Aside, this is all a red herring. He lost the debate on substance. He provided none.

This is the second time I have read this in this thread. How or where were the moderators wrong in their fact checks? Please provide specifics. This was asked before and whoever made the allegation never responded, so since you are repeating the allegation, please provide specifics.

I guess you missed Reagan and every presidential politician since, answering que4stions with whatever response they want. It isn't that she "can't" answer the question. She is answering the way she wants to. Just like every other politician, ever.

They don’t fact check what the debaters say about each other’s statements and motives. The debaters must defend themselves from that. The moderators only fact check blatant lies about matters of fact. Trump said crazy shit. Harris did not.

Yup. Neither answered any questions fully. Harris ‘mostly’ answered 67% of the questions, while Trump did not. She partially answered 33%, while Trump partially answered 60%. Trump did not answer 40% of the questions.

Sure would be nice to watch a debate in which both candidates are treated equally. CNN did a good job in this regard.
Trump is a serial liar and has been getting away with it for years because nobody's challenged him on it. He's fortunate he got off this lightly. He lost the debate because he doesn't know a single thing about policy.
