Oppressing women and always existed and exists today. There is no moral justification ever for owning another human being or forcing decisions on a woman's uterus. The fight goes on and on and always has and always will.

It would be if it had been allowed and then changed the rules. Personally, I don't have a problem with it, though it wouldn't be my cup of tea.
