That is secret. I would have wanted to weigh in. I'm in shock learning about all of the things that have been happening at the school. No, I'm not some inept teacher that sucks. I'm a dedicated teacher who faithfully works every day. I'm a sponsor for after school clubs, I engage in planning detailed and engaging lessons each day with your child. My focus is on them. Maybe my head was in the sand. There were things that needed to change. I'm looking forward to next school year to have a principal who can give us an Instructional focus for the year with specific goals that we must meet, to helping our kids crush the new math curriculum, to help our kids become stronger writers and readers, to help our kids feel safe each day coming to school, and for them to enjoy this time in their lives.
Do you think parents should be allowed at your staff meetings and WTU meetings? A group meeting without you is not “secret.”
Parents are not part of the staff, nor are they members of the teachers union.
On the other hand, teachers are part of Hardy MS and should be included in any discussion outside stakeholders have regarding their school, specifically staffing

Ummmmm……when have parents ever been a part of staffing decisions at a public school?
Umm. Every hiring panel.
Ummmmm…….past the hiring panel. Obviously
Too late. You sounded like and idiot.

(I actually think I know who you are and agree that you’re dedicated.)
Where were you dying the middle-of-year assessment reflections? The math performance is atrocious. The data were from February 7. Do you find a due date for feedback of May 15 satisfactory? That was the due date to develop next steps and create a communication plan.
If you are the teacher I think, I do think you’re dedicated. I just wonder where you’ve been. I mean that sincerely.
